Sales Co Ordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fun team, and support one of the company managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling enquiries via phone, email, or through Account Managers
• Preparing accurate and competitive quotes
• Sourcing products and liaising with suppliers
• Coordinating sample orders, visuals, and presentations
• Supporting the Sales team with quote follow-ups
• Managing orders and ensuring timely production and delivery
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
• Invoicing customers and liaising with Finance to resolve queries
• Occasionally attending supplier meetings or industry events

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of Customer Service or Sales Administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A strong team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Hybrid Working: 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office

Flexible Working Hours within either 8.30am-5.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm

37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

20 Days Annual Leave Plus: 3 additional days over the Christmas shut-down period

Pension: 5% employee and 3% employer contributions

Free parking outside the office
