What You’ll Be Doing
Step into a role where no two days are the same! As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you’ll:

  • Seal the Deal: Handle inbound calls and help customers find their perfect insurance package.
  • Upsell with Confidence: Offer optional upgrades that make their journey even better.
  • Be a Customer Champion: Deliver a "wow" experience, turning first-time buyers into loyal advocates.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep your skills sharp with ongoing training and development.

Your Adventure Awaits
Start with four weeks of full-time training (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM), then dive into a flexible schedule with rotating shifts:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM (one week per month).
  • One Saturday and one Sunday per month.
