Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join a travel company based in Witham! This is a role perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, ideally within a sales or travel background, looking for a new challenge.

The role is office based working Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 with free onsite parking! Starting salary for the position will be circa £25,000 plus commission based on sales targets.

Duties will include:

• Delivering top customer service via various communication channels
• Helping customers book services and trips
• Be the first point of contact to new and existing customers
• Helping increase sales to customers using various methods
• Maintain and update CRM systems

Experience needed:

• 2+ years experience within a customer service based role
• Ideally some experience within events, travel or educational industry
• Excellent telephone manor and ability to use computer software’s
• Working to and meeting sales/KPI targets
• Sales experience
