Sales Consultant – Estate Agency
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Basic Salary: £20,000 + Car Allowance
Realistic OTE: £60,000 – £80,000

This is an incredible opportunity for a driven, passionate Sales Consultant to join a highly regarded and well-established estate agency in Brentwood. With a fantastic local reputation and a strong market presence, this role is ideal for someone who wants to build a successful sales career in property and be properly rewarded for their results.

You’ll be working in a busy, high-performing office with the chance to earn exceptional commission, take on listings, and really make your mark in a highly desirable location.

What you’ll be doing:

Carrying out property viewings and managing buyer relationships
Listing new properties and winning instructions (valuations/market appraisals)
Conducting your own business development to bring in stock
Progressing sales from offer to completion
Building long-term relationships with vendors and buyers alike
Working closely with a motivated team to hit targets and deliver results

About you:

You’ll be super hungry and motivated to earn and succeed
You must have previous experience in residential sales
Confident with valuations, sales progression, and business generation
A real passion for property and people
Well-presented, articulate, and professional A full UK driving licence is essential
