• Conduct professional viewings of show homes and available properties
• Qualify potential buyers and assess their purchasing requirements
• Provide expert guidance on properties, local amenities, and buying processes
• Maintain detailed customer records and progress sales through to legal completion
• Collaborate with mortgage advisers, solicitors, and customer care teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance indicators
• Ensure show homes and sales suite maintain pristine presentation standards
• Participate in marketing events and development launch activities

• Previous sales experience, preferably in property, automotive, or high-value retail
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work weekends when customer activity peaks
• Professional demeanour with confident telephone and face-to-face skills
• Understanding of property buying processes advantageous
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
• Resilience and motivation to succeed in a results-driven environment
