Sales Consultant – Liverpool Aintree
Basic Salary: £24,500
On Target Earnings: £50,000+ (Top performers earning £60,000+)
Full-Time | Permanent | Weekend work required (with two days off midweek)

What the role involves:

• Engaging confidently with customers to understand their needs and close sales

• Providing an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

• Consistently hitting and exceeding personal and team sales targets

• Keeping the showroom visually inspiring and well-presented

What we offer:

• £24,500 basic salary

• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000+

• High performers currently earning £60,000+

• A proven track record in sales, ideally within a retail or customer-facing environment

• Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach

• Flexibility to work every weekend as part of your core rota
