Sales Consultant
Field-based with travel across London & the South East

• Full time, permanent
• Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £100,000 (including commission and bonuses)
• Electric Company Car provided

The Role

This is an exciting field-based role where you’ll meet customers across London and the South East, building trusted relationships and offering bespoke window and door solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Book and attend appointments generated by the company
• Deliver engaging consultations with homeowners and contractors
• Prepare accurate quotes using our in-house system
• Negotiate and follow up on quotations
• Update our CRM system with communications and progress
• Work closely with office teams to ensure seamless service
• Stay in touch with customers throughout the order journey

• Proven track record in sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• High attention to detail
• Motivated and target-driven attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and IT skills
• Good organisation and time management
• Experience in windows and doors is a bonus, but not essential
