Job Description - Sales Consultant

Position Title: Sales Executive
Location: Office-Based (Commutable from North West London & Hertfordshire)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: £25,000 – £53,000 annually + Performance-Based Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re looking for a driven and personable individual to join a busy, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable making outbound calls, enjoys speaking with new people, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. No prior industry experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Initiating outbound calls to introduce services and identify potential interest
  • Following up on leads and maintaining accurate records of interactions
  • Assisting with supplier coordination and pricing discussions
  • Supporting client onboarding and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with existing clients to encourage repeat business
What You’ll Need:
  • A confident and engaging phone presence
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead generation
  • Solid computer literacy, especially with spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • A proactive mindset and a team-oriented attitude
