Sales Consultant

As part of our ambitious plans for growth, we are launching two new developments in West Malling and Tunbridge Wells, and we’re looking for a talented New Homes Sales Consultant to take the lead in driving sales across both locations.

The Role:

As our New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our developments, guiding prospective buyers through the entire sales journey - from first enquiry to moving in -ensuring they experience an exceptional, personalised service. This role covers both our West Malling and Tunbridge Wells sites, so flexibility and a passion for new home sales are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle
• Managing and qualifying leads via CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting viewings, hosting open days, and attending events to generate interest
• Providing expert guidance on the lifestyle, community, and facilities available
• Negotiating sales, securing deposits, and coordinating completions
• Maintaining show homes and marketing suites to an impeccable standard
• Collaborating with construction and community teams for smooth resident handovers
• Representing RVG’s values in every interaction

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or senior living sales
• Strong understanding of long sales cycles and off-plan selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy, organised, and confident using CRM systems
• A proactive, empathetic approach with the ability to support older clients
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel between both sites
• Full UK driving licence
