Location: Tonbridge (In-person)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per year + Commission

Join a busy, driven team where you'll work closely with the Operations Director and Training Services Manager to promote, develop, and sell an extensive range of training solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients to understand training needs and offer tailored solutions
• Act as the main point of contact for sales enquiries
• Proactively promote training services to new and existing clients
• Generate and nurture new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Follow up on leads to secure bookings and manage invoicing
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth course scheduling
• Attend exhibitions and networking events
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in sales, account management or customer service
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively
• Enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven
• A desire to learn, upskill and grow within the industry
• Knowledge of industry standards and training bodies (desirable)
• Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
