£30,000 plus uncapped bonus

We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join an established sales team in Bedford. Working from their offices this busy and competitive sales floor encourages sales people to make outbound consultative style warm calls to construction clients. In this role you will advise and guide firms to find and buy the right insurance products for their business. Full product training will be given along with the opportunity and remuneration to complete industry exams. Your Insurance sales career could start here !!

The Role

• Working on warm sales leads generated by in-house telemarketing team
• Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients
• Retaining repeat business through excellent service standards

Skills needed

• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets ( 2 years minimum)
• Driven and hungry approach toward sales
• Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed

Commission/Bonuses/Benefits

• 8% on all business landed
• Next year at renewal, if the client renews you will earn 8% of the renewal. This sale is conducted by a dedicated renewals team giving you the opportunity to focus on new sales - current retention/ renewal rates are 90% across the business
• Most business sold in a month earns a £250 bonus
• Most business sold in a quarter earns a £500 bonus
• The salesperson of the year wins 2 first class tickets to any destination in the world, 2nd place £2000, 3rd place £1,000.
• Consistency bonus scheme - if you hit target 2 months in a row you earn £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month that you hit afterwards.
