The Opportunity:
As a Sales Consultant you’ll play a key role in:

• Qualifying leads from phone, email and digital channels, engaging customers and converting opportunities into sales
• Managing showroom appointments, delivering inspiring, design-led consultations and exceptional customer service
• Coordinating with trade professionals and providing tailored product guidance
• Supporting marketing campaigns through customer engagement and brand-aligned communications
• Maintaining an organised pipeline and driving conversions to meet individual and team targets

Your work will directly contribute to a dynamic and customer-centric sales environment, helping people realise their dream interiors.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:

• Experience in a B2C sales environment, ideally in interiors, furniture, or kitchen design
• A proactive approach to managing leads and following up consistently
• Confidence using digital tools, CRMs, and messaging platforms to drive engagement
• A commitment to delivering premium customer experiences both online and face-to-face
• A driven, positive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people

Desirable:

• Experience in design or a similar design-led sales role
• Passion for design, interiors, or home improvement trends

• Uncapped bonus structure with realistic OTE of £50,000 - £100,000
