Sales Consultant – Customer Success & Relationship Management Opportunity

• Full-time Monday–Friday (37.5 hours per week)
• Based in Central Manchester

• Building strong, long-term relationships with contractors
• Handling inbound queries via phone, SMS, email, and live chat
• Delivering tailored service reviews to ensure client satisfaction
• Supporting customer retention and ensuring a first-class experience
• Contacting potential new contractors referred by recruitment partners
• Providing sales illustrations & guidance
• Answering pre-sale questions
• Processing applications and following up on documentation
• Taking ownership of general administration to support smooth service delivery

• Cold calling – all leads are warm
• Treating customers as just numbers – every interaction matters

• Strong written English skills with excellent spelling & grammar

• Previous experience in an umbrella company or recruitment agency (highly desirable)
• Already eligible to work full-time in the UK
