The Role

A commercial, target-driven sales role. You'll win new clients, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with businesses and candidates, all with uncapped earning potential and clear progression.

You'll be:

Winning new business across the tech sector
Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Managing clients and candidates through the full recruitment process
Managing deals from first contact to close
Negotiating terms and offers
Working towards revenue targets in a high-performance environmentWhat We're Looking For

A background in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Resilience and a competitive mindset
Comfort working towards KPIs and revenue targetsWhat's In It For You

Base salary £26,000 to £30,000 +
Industry-leading commission scheme - this is uncapped, and is paid to you monthly (Record high being 27k paid in one month!)
