Having opened a brand new, bright and airy showroom in the heart of Harrogate, we are looking for a bright, personable Sales Associate to join their lovely team! Role While this is a 'Sales Associate' role, there are no targets or KPIs.

The approach is very much consultative selling and guiding the customer towards a buying decision that is truly best for them.

You will become a real expert in natural stone and materials and how they can be used in the home, allowing you to assist the customer throughout the buying journey.

With this being a small (but friendly!) team, you will enjoy a lot of variety in the role from dispatching order samples, dealing with inbound enquiries, and providing aftersales care to customers.

Extensive training is provided including an all expenses training trip to Wales to learn all about their fantastic products, how they're made, where they come from, and everything else you'll need to know to succeed in your role.

This is a full time position with weekends shared out on a fair rota.

About you While you don't necessarily have to have experience dealing with natural stone materials, an interest in interiors and design would be ideal.

You'll have experience in a customer facing sales role, and enjoy working in a consultative way with customers to help them find the best product for them, as well as maintaining strong organisation.
