What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working within the team, reporting to the Store Manager, to help drive sales and exceed store targets.

• Guide customers in choosing the perfect suit for every occasion, offering expert advice and styling tips.

• Deliver impeccable service by taking accurate measurements and ensuring the ideal fit—whether off-the-rack or tailored.

• Share your knowledge of fabrics, fits, and customisation options with confidence.

• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering a personalised and memorable experience every time.

• Represent the brand with pride, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year’s experience in tailoring—this is preferable

• 2+ years working in premium menswear or formalwear retail is desirable.

• A genuine passion for fashion, especially formalwear and suiting.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Solid knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, and garment construction.

• A team player with excellent time management and a client-first mindset.

• Experience in made-to-measure is a bonus.
