Are you a Sales professional with experience working in the Staffing Solutions sector or similar looking to join an international company that are rapidly expanding and will continually invest in you and your career?

You will be conducting market research to identify trends, client needs and market insights, initiate contact with potential clients, qualify leads, guide and inform clients on the best solutions to their staffing needs and lead the end to end sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

This company has been established for over 20 years and have built a fantastic reputation within the industry by providing clients with complete efficiency every time. They have sites based all around Europe and are a global leader in IT, BPO and Digital Services.

This role would suit a Sales professional who has experience working within the Staffing industry and is looking for an exciting new opportunity to progress your career within a very well established organization.

The Role:

• Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce services
• Manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth process
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities
• Qualify leads based on business needs
• Act as a market consultant to guide and inform client on best solutions
• Lead the end to end sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure

The Person:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or a relevant field
• Sales experience within the IT Staffing industry
