Sales Consultant - Water New Business
Bolton/ Hybrid
Salary £27,000 + Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for motivated, resilient, and ambitious individuals to join our specialist Water Sales Team. As a B2B Sales Consultant, you’ll respond to hot, qualified leads and use a consultative approach to understand business water needs and close the sale.
Our basic salary is £27,000, with an OTE of £38K, and our top earners over £45K! No catches – just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.

A Bit About the Role
You’ll engage with hot, pre-qualified leads provided by our Outbound Lead Generation and Customer Relationship Management teams, alongside inbound leads from customers actively seeking the best deals. This means your day is focused on closing sales with highly interested prospects.
You’ll identify each customer’s water needs, handle any objections, guide the conversation, and close the sale — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Our Water team doesn’t just sell — we manage our own renewals, grow our existing customer base, and ensure long-term relationships and continued success for both our clients and our team.
A Bit About You
Working in a fast-paced, sales role is nothing new for you - so previous experience, backed with confidence in your own ability is a must. You’ll also need to be motivated to smash targets consistently and thrive working under pressure.
