We’re currently looking for an experienced Sales Controller to join a successful main dealership in the Kidlington area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in driving sales performance across the dealership.

We’re looking for:

* Previous sales experience within the motor trade is imperative

* Ideally previous Sales Controller or senior sales experience

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* A proactive and commercially driven approach

* Someone confident motivating and supporting a sales team

* Ambitious and keen to progress their career
