Sales Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:

Ashtead Technology are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kintore. You will play a key role in supporting the Manipulator sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Day to day you’ll be involved in:

• Providing & managing sales quotations & sales orders


• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales engagement and following up with customers


• Communicating potential upcoming projects and update the system with project & job movements accordingly


• Purchasing and co-ordinating consumables required for job specific orders and ensuring ordered products are delivered in a timely manner


• Weekly reporting, including orders and revenue forecast, details of new leads and prospects that material to the company and information on any market developments or trends that may impact the business.

• Previous experience in a similar Sales role


• Previous experience with ERP systems is essential


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
