Some of your duties will include:

- Liaising extensively with customers and ensuring their expectations are met

- Handling inbound telephone calls, emails and online correspondence received from clients

- Dealing with product enquiries and providing information on products provided

- Processing customer orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery

- Taking ownership of any delivery issues that occur and finding suitable solutions

- Providing after care and support to customers as required
