Sales Coordinator
Our client in Hertford is looking for a confident office administrator who is happy to do an element of
soft sales. 80% of the role is taking calls and emails and placing orders from existing clients and the other 20% is calling new clients but only when you are comfortable in the role. This role is not hard sales but more of building relationships.
Location: HertfordShift: Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm with 1 hours for lunch
Annual Holiday: 20 + bank holidays, +1 day for every years’ service.
Salary £24,000-£26,000 negotiable
Minimum 6 months office experience
This role is fully office based Job Description:
- Answering calls and undertaking soft sales
- Servicing a client portfolio of 300-400 secured clients
- Over developing the client base and to increase sales and margin activity
- Develop positive relationships with key decision makers
- Serving clients with phone calls and emails
- Promoting the company’s products and other products that would be relevant to the client
- Emailing marketing E-Brochures and sending samples
- Clients visits maybe required and attending exhibitions promoting product range
- Updating Sage but training will be provided
- Social Media updates on Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn and undertaking Canva posts when necessary. Full training will be given.
