Job Description - Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and committed Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales efforts while developing and nurturing relationships with external clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Description

  • Coordinate and support sales activities within the department.
  • Work with the B2B Marketing Lead, our Senior Leadership Team and CEO to manage sale leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Schedule appointments to showcase and pitch solutions, products and expertise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Work alongside the sales team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and documentation to support sales, growth and development projects.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

Profile

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

  • Strong interpersonal & relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-starter with strong motivation & enthusiasm.
  • Sales pipeline management & lead qualification.
  • An in-depth understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £26,000 - £30,000, depending on experience plus bonus package.
