Sales Coordinator

Reed are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a fantastic organisation based in Ponteland. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Your role will be central to the business, helping to streamline sales processes, support the sales team, and ensure customers receive outstanding service. From managing client communications and processing orders to coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate records, you’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks — and your contribution will be truly valued.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales reports
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and project coordination
• Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers when needed
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups

The essentials:

• Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Hours:
  • Mon–Thu: 8:30am–5:00pm
  • Fri: 8:30am–4:00pm
