Our client has undergone significant growth over the past few years as it expands its product offering and customer portfolio. The Job You’ll Do;

• Taking customer phone calls relating to the specific product information.
• Quoting customers based on their requirements.
• Liaising with customers regarding projects, lead times, delivery updates and technical assistance
• Working with the design team to price/quote projects
• Coding orders ready to be loaded on to operations
• Keeping a good relationship with customers regarding aftercare (returns, tech support, reorders) etc…
• Working alongside our Sales team to ensure lead times are being met and customers are receiving deliveries on-time-in full.
• Project take-offs (turning schematics in to functioning quotes)

About You;

• Experience within engineering, manufacturing or another technical industry preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
