Job Description - Sales Co-Ordinator

Are you a Sales Co-Ordinator looking for your next opportunity? I’m currently representing a leading Manufacturing company based in Cheltenham and they’re looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

Job Description

Planning & Scheduling: Align system dates with customer needs, support MRP data accuracy, create LOBs for recovery, and coordinate with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery and inbound materials.
Delivery Performance Monitoring: Track and report on-time delivery (OTD) and OTIF metrics, supporting both launch timelines and customer expectations.
Contract Review: Assist in reviewing and uploading repeat and NPI production orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, lead times, and alignment with cross-functional teams.
Order Book Management: Maintain and report on the customer order book, including acknowledgements, PO corrections, and customer communications.
Customer & Sales Support: Collaborate with Account Managers, participate in order book and sales planning reviews, and act as a liaison to manage and align with customer expectations.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong communication skills as it is a customer facing role
Competent using Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, Power Point, Projects)
Knowledge of MRP Systems
Knowledge of reporting methods
Operating in manufacturing environments
