The Role – Sales Coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business as a Sales Coordinator in an internal, office-based role. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and product recommendations.
• Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support external Sales Engineers by coordinating sales activities.
• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Provide technical support and assistance where required.

The Person

We are looking for the following skills/attributes;

• An interest in engineering, technical sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Experience in a sales, coordination, or engineering support role is beneficial but not essential.
