Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting sales success? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading, national distribution business as a Sales Co-ordinator at their Tamworth office.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide vital admin support to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Liaise with stock controllers to ensure optimal stock levels for key accounts.
• Run regular customer reports and analyse data for account reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Manage product coding, order input, rollouts, and printed stock.
• Handle pricing checks and support with resolving queries.
• Co-ordinate customer presentations, compliance reviews, and sample requests.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Assist in appointment setting and tracking quotes for new opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a sales support, admin or coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a logical, methodical approach to work.
• Proactive and solution-focused with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
• Strong communication skills and confidence building internal and external relationships.
• Passion for providing first-class customer service.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to get results.
