Sales Coordinator

Technology Networks (a LabX Media Group Company) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a small but vibrant sales team.

The successful candidate will support staff across three brands – Technology Networks, The Scientist and Drug Discovery News, will be highly organised and will also be expected to have excellent communication skills as well as possessing good computer skills {MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint}.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year of experience in sales support preferably in publishing, digital media, or a related industry


• Experience with digital and print advertising operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on ad placements and campaign performance is an asset


• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision


• Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary focus will be to provide result reports to clients, along with being the main point of contact for specific core products for Technology Networks, The Scientist & Drug Discovery News -

• Video content uploading to the Technology Networks website, and cover for products, banners and supplier hub pages


• Providing cover for the creation of media plans for Technology Networks


• Working closely with the Sales and eMarketing teams


• Maintaining client communication


• Data cleansing

This position is available within the UK Head Office.
