Sales Coordinator | Children’s Publisher | London (Hybrid) | Permanent
Are you an organised Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills looking for a varied role supporting a busy commercial team and keeping operations running smoothly? Our partner: Our partner is an established international publishing business, known for creating engaging children’s content across books and media formats. With a strong global presence they combine creativity with commercial focus. It’s a fast -paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and distribute regular sales and stock reports, including performance analysis across retail partners.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of sales materials, including presentations and customer -facing assets.
- Act as a key point of contact between UK teams and international colleagues, supporting artwork, marketing, and product information flow.
- Manage sample distribution, inventory, and requests from internal teams and external partners.
- Support operational processes including order management, invoicing, and export documentation when required.
Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role: The right candidate will be highly organised and proactive, with experience supporting sales or commercial teams in a fast -moving book publishing environment. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and have strong attention to detail.
Essential:
- Previous experience in a publishing sales support, coordinator, or administrative role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communication skills, with experience liaising across teams.
Desirable:
- Experience using SAP or similar systems.
- Understanding of co -editions sales process.
- Familiarity with managing data, reporting, or product information systems.
The opportunity: This is a varied and hands -on role offering exposure to the commercial side of an international publishing business. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations, supporting multiple teams, and developing a broad skill set across sales, logistics, and coordination.
What’s on offer:
Salary: £30 -32k, DOE
