Sales Coordinator

Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kent. This is a varied role supporting the sales process from quotation through to order, while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and issue quotations for repairs, maintenance and inspections.

* Process purchase orders and prepare job documentation for the operations team.

* Liaise with customers to provide updates and follow up on outstanding quotations.

* Source competitive pricing from suppliers.

* Maintain accurate sales records, quotations and order tracking.

* Support the Sales Manager with new enquiries and business opportunities.

* Assist with marketing activities, including social media, newsletters and website updates.

* Provide general office administration and support as required.

About You

* Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration or coordinator role.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.

* A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
