Following sustained and successful growth, our client seeks a

Sales Coordinator

to join their team in Exeter. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be in the hub of a busy and vibrant sales team acting as the first point of contact for customers.
This role offers flexibility in its hours, covering Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30 37.5 hours per week.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities include:
Act as the first point of contact for customers
Completion of the sales order process, from quote to picking documentation
Answer inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
High levels of customer service
Additional office management tasks

Sales Coordinator Requirements include:
Previous Sales experience would be advantageous
Good experience with Sage accounts software or similar
Excellent admin and time management skills
Competent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Confident in talking to customers on the phone.
