Sales Coordinator

UP TO £28K DOE | FLEXIBLE HOURS | EXETER

Following sustained and successful growth, our client seeks a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Exeter. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be in the hub of a busy and vibrant sales team acting as the first point of contact for customers.

This role offers flexibility in its hours, covering Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30 37.5 hours per week.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities include:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Completion of the sales order process, from quote to picking documentation
• Answer inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
• High levels of customer service
• Additional office management tasks

Sales Coordinator Requirements include:

• Previous Sales experience would be advantageous
• Good experience with Sage accounts software or similar
• Excellent admin and time management skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Confident in talking to customers on the phone.
