Sales Designer - welcoming anyone from a retail sales background

• Annual Salary: Circa 28k+ basic with OTE of £50,000+

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client as a Sales Designer. This multifaceted role involves designing bespoke bathroom solutions, managing sales processes, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.

With this role we are looking for candidates that have a passion for delivering the best experience to customers, someone that enjoys project work and has the ability to efficiently multitask.

• Design: Create innovative and functional bathroom designs tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Sales: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice to drive sales.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage bathroom installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Administration: Handle necessary paperwork, including quotes, invoices, and project documentation.

• Proven experience in either bathroom design, retail sales management, car sales, furniture sales or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is a plus but this can be trained.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
