JOB TITLE: Sales Development Executive

LOCATION: Chippenham

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 (£40,000 - £45,000 OTE)

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | On Site

THE BUSINESS:

Our client Is a family-owned manufacturer of safety footwear, dedicated to ensuring that every wearer gets through the day safely with comfort, regardless of the environment they work.

THE SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:

The key purpose of this role is to deal directly with prospects to either set appointments for the BDM teams. The purpose is to target prospects, increase sales, and make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company. This is a hands on role responsible for managing all inbound leads and outbound call activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling Inbound web enquiries, and routing all opportunities to the right team
• Focusing on outbound calls to generate appointments
• Source new business opportunities through marketing and campaigns
• Develop relationships with prospects and determining needs

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Tender research
• Account management
• Working closely with Sales Director to develop processes and activities to maximise the market
• General sales administration
• Proposal preparation
