Our team of adaptable and highly driven individuals are passionate in helping drive change – now we're looking to expand our young, ambitious team by finding our first Sales Executive to further support our growth (350% growth in the past 12-months!).
With a history of growing and scaling Professional Service businesses, Jump Accounting was set up in September 2021 and is now consistently growing by 35-40 clients month-on-month. This put us on track to double the size of our client base and employee count in the next 12-months.

Responsibilities
By joining our performing sales team you will be given the autonomy & responsibility to manage your sales pipeline, engage with clients, and close all leads – a full end-to-end sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Responsible for engaging and closing prospects, mainly dealing with C-Suite Level & Directors of Start-ups and SMEs
Establish trusting relationships with prospective and current clients
Generate and manage sales pipeline – using both in-bound and outbound methods
Maintaining impeccable admin and update all CRM software
Manage assigned inbound leads
Source new sales prospects through outbound lead generation methods
Report directly into Senior Management on a weekly basis
Provide feedback to Marketing team to help improve quality of lead generation
Freedom to explore alternative methods of sourcing new lead generation
Maintain a positive mind-set irrespective of any challenging situations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree of at least 2:1 or Above
Sales experience preferred but not essential
Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, flexible individual
Excellent attention to detail
A can-do attitude necessary to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
Salary:
£30,000 (OTE £50,000)
