Sales Development Representative
Permanent | £25,500 | £5K OTE
We are looking for a motivated, driven and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Partnerships team! As an SDR, you'll make a great first impression to our potential new clients through understanding their needs and matching these to our Notify service - a really helpful platform that saves letting agents tonnes of time whilst increasing their revenue.

What you’ll be doing
The Partnerships team at OUB is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Notify partners. Around 70% of the sales leads that our B2C teams work are generated from these partnerships with letting agencies all over the country. By helping us to find new partners that can help us to generate warm leads, you’ll be playing a crucial role in the success of One Utility Bill.
Notify is a free, handy tool that can save agents a tonne of time and effort on otherwise cumbersome administrative tasks and earn them revenue while doing so. Every time an agent uses Notify, they’re sending our B2C Sales team a warm lead so they can do what they do best and talk about the benefits of signing up to a One Utility Bill package for their new rented property.
As a Sales Development Representative, your role will include:
A little bit about you
Customer service - You’ll have a proven track record of providing first-class customer service in a Telesales, Sales or Business Development role.
Confidence & Communication - With our growing reputation for amazing, next-level customer service, it's important to us that you’re confident on the phone, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Ambitious - We’re always on the lookout for business-minded, ambitious people who Set the Bar High with a drive to succeed. This is an outbound role where activity wins and you’ll need to be super motivated to succeed.
Organised - An important core value for us is Own It. Using your fantastic organisation and time-management skills, you’ll be self-motivated and able to work independently to get things done when the situation requires it.
Comfortable with technology - Using our bespoke systems will be a big part of your role. The ability to pick up new systems and learn on the go is a must. We use Gmail/Google Sheets so being familiar with these will be a great help too!
Industry knowledge - As you’ll be working closely with our letting agents partners, experience of the property and lettings industry will put you in a good position to succeed in this role.

This role is based in Ouseburn in Newcastle Upon Tyne, during probation period it will be full time at our office, post probation there will be the option to work from home 3 days a week. Therefore being based in a commutable distance to the office is a must.
