Sales Development Representative

One of our clients based just outside Henley on Thames is looking for an Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to prospect and generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with the Account Executive (AE) team to pass qualified leads, ensuring that the sales process is efficient and effective.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments or meetings for the Account Executives.
• Lead Qualification: Use tools such as CRM software, sales automation platforms, and market research to assess lead quality and align them with the company’s target customer profile.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM systems
• Sales Development Strategy: Work with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Collaboration with Account Executives: Set up qualified meetings and demos for AEs, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication regarding lead details.
