They're growing their Sales team in Nottingham, and if you're driven, curious, and up for a challenge, they want to hear from you.

The Role: Sales Development Representative
You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping open the door for our Business Development team. Your focus will be booking product demos and meetings through a mix of phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Prospecting new leads - You'll make around 80 calls a day, supported by smart outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Collaborating with BDMs - Working closely with the Business Development team to maximise every opportunity.
• Smashing activity targets - Calls, call time, outreach volume - you'll be measured on effort and results.

What You'll Need:

• Sales experience - Whether B2B or B2C, you'll need previous phone-based sales exposure.
• Strong work ethic - "Effort" is one of our core values. This is a fast-paced sales role - resilience and consistency are key.
• Intelligence & credibility - You'll be speaking to senior decision-makers, so confidence, communication, and professionalism are must-haves.
