Generate new opportunities through a mixture of cold and warm outbound activity Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers Qualify prospects and arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the early stages of the sales process Accurately manage lead activity and pipeline progression through CRM systems Support wider business growth initiatives through proactive lead generation activity What we’re looking for in a Sales Development Representative
Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting or similar sales-focused positions Experience making cold calls and engaging prospective clients over the telephone Previous use of CRM systems to manage opportunities and sales activity Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally Experience managing sales pipelines and progressing opportunities through structured processes Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available after the initial onboarding and training period.
