An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a growing and successful business based in West Malling. This hybrid role offers the chance to develop a career in B2B sales, working within a supportive team environment with excellent earning potential and progression opportunities.
 
You'll work 2 days per week in the office and the remainder from home.
 
The Role

Researching and identifying prospective business customers.
Generating new opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn activity.
Qualifying leads and assessing customer requirements.
Building relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate records and managing activity through CRM systems.
Supporting marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. 
About You

Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales or business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and target-driven mindset.
The desire to build a long-term career in sales.
