Salary £28,000-£33,000 DOE plus bonus potential
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 / Friday: 08:00 - 15:00 25 days holiday + bank holidays

BPC Building Products is a leading manufacturer of high-quality construction fixings. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Telesales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Business Growth
Follow up on inbound marketing leads to qualify opportunities Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to identify new opportunities Book introductory meetings for the external sales team Nurture Customer Relationships
Maintain structured contact plans using Salesforce CRM Keep prospects engaged via email campaigns and marketing materials Support long-term pipeline development Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with internal sales and customer service teams Assist field sales representatives with post-meeting follow-ups Ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to conversion About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner Highly organised with strong CRM (Salesforce or similar) experience Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and active listening Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities (Experience within construction or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.)
