Sales Development Representative

We’re recruiting a Sales Development Representative on behalf of a small, fast-moving SaaS team building software that gives care providers clear visibility across their operations. The product is shaped directly by the needs of the sector, and your work will have immediate impact.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying care operators, making high‑volume outbound calls, running targeted email and LinkedIn outreach, and building structured prospect lists. You’ll be creating the top of the pipeline and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

High‑volume outbound calling to care providers

Researching and building targeted prospect lists

Running email and LinkedIn outreach

Qualifying inbound enquiries

Booking meetings and demos for the sales team

*

Maintaining accurate CRM records (HubSpot)

What We’re Looking For

Proven outbound B2B experience, ideally as a Sales Development Representative

*

Exposure to the health or social care sector

*

Comfortable making repeated cold calls

*

Organised, disciplined, and confident using CRM tools

*

Clear and credible communication with busy stakeholders

*

Able to work independently within a remote team

Nice to Have

SaaS sales experience

*

Experience selling into care, health, or social care

Experience working with multi‑site or group operators
