Onsite: Milton Keynes (Head Office) with opportunity to work from home
Salary: £25000 - £35000 Basic Salary + Over £3000 OTE + Bonus

UK Passport holder or 5 years UK residency is required as you will undergo UK Security Clearance for this role.

Issured's application and development team has created an award-winning suite of secure applications and products and as a next step of sales management, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to open and engage new clients, within different market verticals, especially in the public sector.

We already have an international footprint and are now looking to launch across the UK.
As the first Sales Development Representative of the department, you will be a trailblazer and eager to test and try new approaches and tactics.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will develop business primarily through outbound/inbound communications and online presentations, and as an important part of our team, attendance at events (possibly international) will be required.

What you will be doing:
Researching new markets in conjunction with our marketing team.
Support the development of target customer profiles by working in partnership with Sales & Marketing leadership.
Responsible for replying to incoming queries and leading outgoing sales campaigns.
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM

What we are looking for:
B2B Sales experience
Previous Sales Development Representative
Experience in learning technical products, services, and solutions.
Demonstrable experience with business tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Office Suite.
Clear and articulate written and verbal communication, on the phone and in person.
Knowledge of CRM systems
Experience working with public sector/financial/insurance institutions would be desirable.

You will need to undergo UK Security Clearance, which will entail background checks covering any criminal history, credit and finance and some wider elements hence the need for a UK Passport or 5 years of continuous UK residency.
