The SDR team is key to driving revenue through data-driven prospecting activities that result in real opportunities.This role is often the client’s first encounter with Talogy, thus professionalism and impact are critical. The SDR will set the stage for an outstanding buyer experience.DescriptionWho we are looking forCurrently we are seeking an SDR to join our Sales Development team. This position will allow the right person an opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions and to learn from some of today’s thought leaders in the field of Talent Management.The right candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-motivated with a high drive to succeed.As an SDR, you will work in a dynamic sales environment with incentive-based earnings centered upon your performance. This position serves as a great starting point for career advancement as a sales professional. As an SDR, you will partner with experienced sales mentors and build essential selling skills. You will also participate in formal sales training focused on solution selling.Core ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting: Research accounts and prospect potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other forms of outreach. Identify decision makers and influencers within prospect accounts that match Talogy’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP).Proactively expand and maintain the company’s database of prospects, utilizing Salesforce to add and update information on a timely and accurate basis.Lead Qualifying: Analyze buyer needs in terms of relevant talent-related organizational pain points and identify opportunities for Talogy offerings to solve those challenges.Evaluate which prospects meet the criteria to move forward in the sales process versus which should be disqualified before meeting with an Account Representative. Schedule meetings between qualified prospective buyers and Talogy sales professionals.Professional Development: Maintain an expert working knowledge of Talogy’s solutions and common client pain points. Stay current on trends in the assessment industry through self-directed learning and reading Talogy blogs and thought leadership as well asTake advantage of formal learning opportunities provided by Talogy to maintain continuous professional development.Role RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExcellent communication and relationship building skills; strong phone presenceMinimum one year of sales or related experience (preferred)Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets (preferred)Experience with high-volume outbound calling (preferred)Knowledge of Salesforce, Highspot, and/or ZoomInfo (preferred)BenefitsTalogy offers a variety of competitive workplace benefits, including financial planning support, time off benefits, employee assistance programs, medical/dental coverage and participation rewards.
