Job DescriptionOur client is a leading provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance products. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join the growing team.This is a newly created position, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying sales meetings, and engaging potential clients. You will also be managing account-based outreach and converting inbound leads into meetings.Base of £45-50k plus quarterly bonus. Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in Central London office.Key responsibilities:Drive sales initiatives and engage potential clients to expand market reach.Utilize advanced sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo for sales optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the firm's core values and strategic objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, leveraging insights for business development.Represent the firm at industry events and through various marketing channels.Qualifications:3 to 5 years in sales or business development, targeting the finance industry.Interest and awareness of Global Risk and Compliance.Understanding of selling techniques and strategies around SaaS platforms.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.Expertise in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Alignment with the firm's values, demonstrating hunger for success, motivation, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
