Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Pembroke Dock
The exclusive distributor of Hyundai Power Products for the UK and Ireland and JCB Power Equipment worldwide, Genpower is on a mission to become the number one supplier of high quality power equipment. From their various UK facilities, Genpower distributes through online channels such as Amazon, Ebay and ManoMano to name a few!
Since their humble beginnings in 2006, Genpower have over 120 employees and over 350 current product lines. Working in 5 locations across the UK, 2024-2025 will be Genpowers biggest year with a target to exceed £50m turnover by 2024!

Role :
Obtain a thorough knowledge of Genpower, their services and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company, through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
Attain and demonstrate a high level of product and system knowledge in order to respond to technical sales enquiries
Support senior sales team members on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some B2B sales experience
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Ability to prioritise tasks and excellent organisational skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
