Job Description - Sales Development Representative - Rochdale

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join and grow with an innovative and fast-growing company. You will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads and closing deals you will be the catalyst for new business development.

  • £27,000 basic salary + On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Our client:

Our client are the market leader in rapidly deployable mobile surveillance systems and one of the UK’s Fastest Growing Tech Companies, as ranked in the Independent’s E2E Technology 100 list.

At the forefront of the security and surveillance industry, they deliver cutting-edge solutions including redeployable CCTV, site security, software, body worn cameras and time lapse videography. Their innovative solutions are trusted by a wide range of clients, from local authorities and police forces to major construction firms, housing associations, train operators and utilities providers.

About the role:

  • Generate high-quality leads

  • Build and maintain business relationships

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team

  • Proactively seek new prospect opportunities

  • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and networking

  • Act as the day-to-day catalyst for new business development

  • Report monthly progress to your manager

About you

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Self-starter with a drive to succeed

  • Consultative approach to engaging prospects

  • Prior sales experience is a plus (not required)

  • Full training provided
