Sales Development Representative SDR

?? Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per year (depending on experience)

?? OTE: £40,000+ (Uncapped commission -yes, really!)

?? Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm | Fri: 8:30am-3:00pm (hello, early weekend!)

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fun, fast-paced, and supportive team in Mansfield. If you're confident, chatty, and love the buzz of closing a deal, this could be your perfect role.

Whether you've already got some sales experience or you're naturally persuasive and ready to learn, we'll give you the tools to succeed and the freedom to thrive.

• Chatting with new and existing business clients -building relationships is your thing
• Making outbound calls, sending emails, and jumping on video calls
• Finding opportunities, booking appointments, and closing deals
• Keeping our CRM system up to date (organisation = more wins)
• Hitting targets and high-fiving your teammates when you smash them
• Working with a manager who actually supports you

• Love talking to people and don't shy away from a phone call
• Are motivated by targets, success, and (let's be honest) commission
• Have some experience in sales or customer service (or just a natural flair for it)
• Are organised, driven, and hungry to learn
• Have positive energy and love being part of a team

• A great starting salary (£24k-£25k DOE)
• Uncapped commission- earn as much as you like
