Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: London (In-person)

Compensation: £35k base, £40-60k OTE + Equity (we want the top 0.1% and will reward top performers)

What the job involves:

• Own your sales pipeline - You’re responsible for driving revenue. See a way to improve the process? Be ready to pitch it, implement it and test it.
• Engage directly with potential customers - Build connections and provide solutions.
• Work closely with our founders - Shape strategies, identify growth opportunities, and foster customer relationships.
• Execute our strategy - We scale impact by scaling volume. That means speaking to more customers, closing faster, and building momentum every single day.

• You think from first principles - A background in STEM helps, but we value any experience that shows structured, independent thinking.
